A grand drone show will be held in Bhopal on Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that on the occasion of Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day, a grand drone light show should be organized on the theme of ” Virasat se Vikas ” in Bhopal on November 1. Initiatives should also be taken to establish a research center similar to ISRO in the state by consulting scholars and experts. This will open new doors of possibilities in the field of space science. Madhya Pradesh Bio – Technology Park should be established in Neemuch and an incubation center linked to it should be built in Science City Ujjain. It is necessary to ensure that the data obtained from various sources and processes is used in research as well as in the implementation of government schemes and management of other administrative activities. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave these instructions in the meeting of the Executive Committee of Madhya Pradesh Science and Technology Council in the Ministry. In the meeting , various strategies were discussed in detail to accelerate innovation , research and technological development in the state . Additional Chief Secretary ( Chief Minister’s Office ) Dr. Rajesh Rajoura , Director General of the Council Dr. Anil Kothari were present.

It was informed in the meeting that the council is developing a digital atlas focusing on the natural resources of the state. Artisan Science Conference will be organized in the state to enable the artisans of the state to communicate with the renowned experts of the country and to upgrade the skills of the artisans through the advanced technologies developed by them. Science centers are being developed in Ujjain and Jabalpur at a cost of Rs 15 crore 20 lakh. There is also a plan to establish an international level space research center in Dongla, Ujjain , to replace Ujjain as a chronology center and to establish a scientist memorial. Science on Wheels scheme will be operated with the aim of showing science in an experimental form to the rural areas of the state. Information about the progress of the activities conducted by the council was also given in the meeting. Also, in-principle permission has been granted to give fourth time scale to the officers / employees of the council on completion of 35 years of service.
