A 45-day special campaign will be run in the state for quick resolution of revenue cases: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that in view of the success of the Revenue Maha Abhiyan first phase (January- March 2024), the state government will run Revenue Maha Abhiyan-2 from July 18 to August 31 for quick resolution of revenue cases and correction of revenue record errors. During the campaign, all divisional commissioners and collectors will continuously inspect their areas. Revenue officers doing excellent work will also be rewarded. The objective of the campaign is to resolve pending cases in the Revenue Court on time, register new revenue cases on RCMS, amendment on map, PM Kisan Yojana to give benefits to all eligible farmers, Aadhaar e-KYC of Samagra and linking of Khasra with Samagra / Aadhaar and implementation of Farmer Registry. Digital crop survey will be held from August 1 to September 15.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took information related to the operation of Revenue Maha Abhiyan through video conferencing at Samatva Bhawan located at the Chief Minister’s residence. Revenue Minister Mr. Karan Singh Verma, Chief Secretary Mrs. Veera Rana, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Mr. Sanjay Kumar Shukla and other senior officials were present in the meeting. All Divisional Commissioners and District Collectors attended the meeting virtually.
Patwari should make e-diary
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Patwari diary should be digitalized. Manual diary practice should be abolished. Do e-KYC in pending cases of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi benefits. Create a good environment. Keep cows as per the capacity of cow shelters, they should not be seen on the roads. The grant given to cow shelters by the state government has been doubled. He said that action should be taken against illegal sand excavation.
Patwari should stay at headquarters
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Patwari should stay at headquarters, Collector should take action with efficiency. The campaign should be reviewed every day, clean work should be done, those doing good work will be rewarded. If there is a mistake, it will not be forgiven. The commissioner should prepare his 45-day tour program, any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this. The work of map correction should be good in the campaign. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed the Principal Secretary to do continuous monitoring. The benefits of the ownership scheme should be ensured, but it should be kept in mind that it is not misused. Illegal excavation of sand in rivers should be strictly stopped. Complete arrangements should be made for the prevention and treatment of diseases occurring during the rainy season.
More than 30 lakh cases were resolved in the Revenue Maha Abhiyan-01 run in the state from 15 January to 31 March. Good work was done in all the districts in this Maha Abhiyan. According to the percentage of resolution of revenue cases in the Maha Abhiyan, Pandhurna is at first place, Burhanpur second, Khandwa third while Harda was at tenth place. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Bhopal, Singrauli, Morena, Umaria should do good work in the second phase, no complaints should come. Concrete action should be taken on disputed cases. It is necessary to verify the whole with Aadhaar.
Achievements of Revenue Maha Abhiyan-01
During Revenue Maha Abhiyan-01, a total of 3 lakh 23 thousand 016 cases were resolved in the name transfer item, 40 thousand 414 cases of partition were settled, 43 thousand 189 cases of demarcation were settled, 27 thousand 373 cases of record correction were settled, 26 lakh 14 thousand 263 cases of map amendment were settled, including a total of 30 lakh 48 thousand 255 cases. The district wise status is as follows: – In Pandhurna, out of total 268545 pending cases, 1 lakh 13 thousand 396 were resolved, in Burhanpur 2 lakh 55 thousand 487 pending cases were resolved out of which 9 thousand 93 were resolved, in Khandwa 5 lakh 30 thousand 42 pending cases were resolved out of which 1 lakh 68 thousand 549 were resolved, in Jhabua 4 lakh 48 thousand 985 pending cases were resolved out of which 1 lakh 46 thousand 405 were resolved, in Vidisha 9 lakh 1 thousand 928 pending cases were resolved out of which 2 lakh 49 thousand 194 were resolved, in Sehore 10 lakh 61 thousand 473 pending cases were resolved out of which 3 lakh 10 thousand 651 were resolved, in Raisen 8 lakh 7 thousand 423 were resolved, in Niwari 3 lakh 51 thousand pending cases were resolved out of which 77 thousand 806 were resolved, in Shivpuri 14 lakh 38 thousand 239 pending cases were resolved out of which 3 lakh 26 thousand 957 Resolved, Harda 4 lakh 9 thousand 446 cases pending, 81 thousand 327 resolved cases are included.
