Raipur . The job of the police is to maintain law and order in the city, some policemen are also interested in improving the health of the people. Head constable Megha Sharma is an example of this. These days she is posting motivational videos on social media and telling people how to stay fit.
Megha says, I myself was a victim of obesity. Metabolism was zero due to suffering from hypothyroidism. I tried everything but it made no difference. Then the guidance I received worked. I reduced my weight from 78 to 66 in just four months. I have also counseled about 50 people so far.

I have loved dancing since school time. Obesity started increasing after having a baby. I joined the gym. She used to eat food only once. Apart from this, I followed whatever Joe said but there was no significant benefit. I have a friend, Akanksha, who posted two comparison pictures of herself on obesity on her WhatsApp status. I asked her and took the number of Swagatika who later became my coach too. Followed the path shown by him and lost 12 kg weight in just four months. Since then I have been in the campaign to free those people from obesity who have lost everywhere.
