Cg News: The key to success is to give your best without worrying about the result: OP Choudhary
Raipur. Finance Minister O.P. Giving a message to the students, Choudhary said that success and failure are part of life but one should continuously work on one’s ability, strengthen one’s personality, and continue one’s efforts with patience and positive attitude in difficult situations. These qualities are extremely important for any person to be successful in life. Finance Minister OP Chaudhary was giving guidance to the students regarding exam preparations through video conferencing. While wishing the children all the best for the board exams, he said that they should focus on giving their best without worrying about the results.
Finance Minister O.P. Chaudhary said that a person should develop such human qualities within himself which are helpful for his success. Dedication and ability to work hard towards the goal should be increased. He said that it does not matter if you fail, if you try honestly, you will definitely achieve great success in future. Discussing his educational and family background, he said that he worked hard with the aim of becoming an IAS. Whatever the circumstances, always tried to give my best. With this he was successful in passing the toughest examination of the country. Next he decided to enter political life. Worked hard continuously for this also.
On this occasion, he answered the questions of the students. Chinmoy Dansena asked how to overcome the stress that occurs a day before the examination. Finance Minister Shri Choudhary said that stress is natural during examinations. But you should keep in mind that the essence of the entire year’s hard work comes out in 3 hours of the exam. So keep your mind calm and focus on giving your best in those 3 hours. Don’t worry about the result. This will also reduce the chances of making mistakes due to anxiety and stress. It is also said in Geeta that a person should do his work and not worry about the results. If the effort is good then the result will also be good. Merely being a topper or getting good percentage in school is not a guarantee of success in life. Many successful people failed in their school and college studies but in life they created records of success and were called geniuses. Ramanujan had failed in the 12th examination, but later he became a great mathematician. Munshi Premchand became one of the top litterateurs due to his talent. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were college dropouts. But the work he did with his ability is history today. When a student asked Finance Minister Shri OP Chaudhary how he used to revise his syllabus, he told that revision is better by making notes and reading. The notes should be such that one glance at them makes the entire chapter clear. Revision is an important part of exam preparation.
Emotional intelligence is also very important for success
Prachi Gupta asked that today along with IQ, IQ is also said to be important for success, what is this? Finance Minister Shri OP Chaudhary described IQ as very important in today’s times and said that IQ reflects intelligence. Whereas EQ tells the emotional quotient. Today emotional intelligence is very important. It enhances emotional understanding of thoughts and a person’s ability to deal with negativity. It tells how we are carrying our personality. If a person has good EQ, he will be able to understand the reasons behind negative thoughts and take the right steps to remove them. In difficult situations the personality will not disintegrate but will be able to take appropriate decisions.
Parents should also understand the capabilities of their children and should not burden them with unnecessary expectations.
Nidhi Baghel asked that many times one feels pressure to perform as per the expectations of parents and teachers, how to overcome it. On this, Finance Minister OP Chaudhary said that the students should give their best and keep in mind that I have tried my best as per my capacity and capability. Sometimes results can be up and down. But unnecessary pressure should not be taken regarding this. He also appealed to the parents to understand the potential of their children. To boost their morale, boost them. Do not burden them with expectations at all. Don’t put pressure on them to get high percentage. If we provide a positive environment to children and keep increasing their confidence, then they will perform better than expected.
Children will get the facility to prepare for competitive examinations from Prayas Sanstha and Nalanda campus.

Here students of 11th and 12th will get free facility of preparation for competitive exams like IIT, Medical Entrance NEET along with school education. This will be a residential institution. Besides, Nalanda campus is also going to open here. With these facilities, the children here will get a good environment to prepare for competitive exams.
