MP NEWS : Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored with ISKCON’s ‘Pride of Ujjain Samman’

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was honored with Pride of Ujjain award by ISKCON during his stay in Ujjain. It is noteworthy that it was the 18th anniversary of the establishment of ISKCON. The Chief Minister paid homage to the Samadhi of Bhakticharu Maharaj of ISKCON.

The Chief Minister reached ISKCON temple and had darshan of Radha Madanmohan and performed aarti. , He inaugurated ‘Govindam Foods’, a gift house of pure and sattvik food started in ISKCON temple.

It is noteworthy that after becoming the Chief Minister, Dr. Mohan Yadav was felicitated by the ISKCON temple. He was presented with a shawl, quince and a memento.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that he is remembering the virtues of Bhakticharu Maharaj. Spiritual joy is also being felt. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupadaji propagated Lord Shri Krishna and Krishna Consciousness at the international level. It is a matter of great pride that through ISKCON, Lord Shri Krishna, his pastimes, his life stories and Srimad Bhagavad Gita have been widely propagated in many countries.

Dr. Yadav said that Lord Krishna had received education in Ujjain. Many incidents of his life are very inspiring. The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude towards ISKCON temple and wished everyone the best.
