Smart library facility near Motibagh very soon, registration from 1st February
Raipur. Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh today held a meeting of the executive committee members of Nalanda Management Society and said that the application process for membership of the smart reading room under construction in Motibagh will be started from 01 February 2024. Those participants who want membership in Smart Reading Room Motibagh can obtain applications from Nalanda Campus Library and Central Library Raipur. The operation of the newly constructed library will start soon and registration of students will be done on “first come first serve” basis. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, District Panchayat Raipur Chief Executive Officer Vishwadeep and members of the executive committee were present in the meeting.
A smart reading room is being built by the smart city near Motibagh, which will start as soon as possible for the youth. This library will also operate 24X7 like the Nalanda campus library. This library under construction in G+2 has seating arrangements for 600 youth at a time. This fully air-conditioned library will have all the facilities including computer system, books related to competitive exams, Wi-Fi as well as state-of-the-art security system.
On the instructions of Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, Book Donation Mahadan was also started. Donors who donate useful books will get citation*
In the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Society under the chairmanship of Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh Collector cum President Nalanda Campus Management Society, it was decided that the distinguished citizens who want to donate useful competitive exams and literary books for the youth, can do so during office hours. You can donate books in Nalanda campus and Central Library. Donor in which the books of competitive examinations are not more than 02 years old and the books are in good condition. Names of book donors will be written in the books donated by them and they will be honored by the District Administration Raipur by giving them a certificate. Collector Raipur has appealed to the distinguished citizens to donate as many useful books as possible so that the youth can benefit from these books.
