Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai celebrated Janmashtami this time in the Chief Minister’s residence with the little children of Anganwadi located in Baron Bazar of the capital Raipur. The children, dressed as Radha and Krishna, made the program lively with their antics and charming costumes. The festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with joy and traditional devotion today in the Chief Minister’s residence located in the capital Raipur. The entire residence complex was decorated with flowers, colorful lights and decorations, which filled the atmosphere with devotion and joy. In the program, small children presented tableaus and episodes of Krishna-Leela. Their innocence and emotional acting won the hearts of all the people present. The Chief Minister’s residence was filled with the laughter and joy of the children.

Chief Minister Sai worshipped Lord Krishna with the children and wished for the happiness, prosperity, well-being and continuous progress of the state. He said that the leela of Lord Krishna inspires us to follow religion, ethics and duty. The state is continuously progressing due to the hard work and faith of the people of Chhattisgarh. Our resolve is to take Chhattisgarh to new heights of justice, harmony and development by taking inspiration from the teachings of Lord Krishna. Chief Minister Sai affectionately distributed chocolates, teaching material and prasad to all the children with his own hands. Chief Minister Sai said that such cultural and religious events not only keep our traditions alive, but also connect the new generation with values. He extended his heartfelt wishes to all the people of the state on Shri Krishna Janmashtami. On this occasion, Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Forest Development Corporation Ram Sevak Paikra, Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Sanjay Srivastava, Mitul Kothari, Sunil Pille, officers and employees of the Chief Minister’s residence office and other dignitaries were present.
