New education policy will increase employment and skill development possibilities: School Education Minister Singh

Bhopal: School Education Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh has said that the biggest change in the field of education in the country after the year 2014 is the new education policy-2020 implemented in the country. This is an important decision taken by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in the field of education. The new education policy will strengthen the skill development of children in school and employment prospects in future. He said that Madhya Pradesh is among the leading states of the country, where the new education policy is being continuously implemented effectively. Minister Shri Singh was addressing the oath ceremony of Model School TT Nagar Student Union in Bhopal on Monday. Minister Shri Singh honored talented children on this occasion. These children have scored more than 90 percent marks in the board’s class 12th and 10th examinations.
School Education Minister Shri Singh, while discussing the quality of schools in the state, said that 75 thousand schools in the state have been developed with all facilities as Model, Excellence and PM Shri. To provide world-class study facilities to children, about 300 schools are being run as Sandipani Vidyalaya. He said that Sandipani School of Ratlam has made its place among the best schools in the world. This is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh. Talking about Model School TT Nagar, Minister Shri Singh said that this school has its own place in the state due to its excellence. The students studying in this school have gained fame at the national and international level.
Digital Attendance
The School Education Minister said that the digital attendance system implemented in the government schools of the state is also convenient for teachers. Teachers can also register their leave approval, accounting related and other problems from the digital platform. This digital platform will be operated from the Command Center in Bhopal. He said that the School Education Department will also announce the Compassionate Appointment Policy soon. Through this, the appointment related cases of the families of the deceased teachers will be resolved within a fixed time frame.
MLA Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani also addressed the program. Principal of Model School Mrs. Rekha Sharma gave information about the best awards received by the school in the field of quality. She said that through the student union elections, children have been told about the importance of election system and democracy. On this occasion, children presented attractive group dances centered on the diverse culture of the country. Area councilor Mrs. Anita Aneja, Vice Principal Mr. R.K. Srivastava, teachers and family members were also present in the program. The program was conducted by teacher Dr. Shabnam Khan.
