Free hearse service started with the resolve to serve: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Monday flagged off vehicles for various districts of the state under the hearse vehicle system started by the Public Health and Medical Education Department for the districts. On the occasion of flagging off free hearse vehicles from the Chief Minister’s residence complex, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that free hearse service is being started for humanity, service spirit and other needy people including the poor section of the society. Under the Sankalp of Service, a total of 148 hearse vehicles have been started in the state by arranging two vehicles for district hospitals and four hearse vehicles for districts with medical colleges. This arrangement will facilitate the delivery of the body of the deceased to the destination with respect on availability of transport facility. This service will be available 24 hours, in which the presence of the driver will be ensured. The hearse will be used in cases of death only in government medical institutions run by the state government. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government has started many types of public welfare and public welfare schemes. Free hearse service is a very sensitive and big scheme which has been started by the state government.
Air Ambulance and Rahveer Yojana Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has stood with the society in every happiness and sorrow through public welfare schemes. The central and state governments are working for the welfare of the poor, youth, women, farmers. While PM Shri Ambulance Service is operated with the objective of sending seriously ill and accident victims to a big medical institution for immediate treatment, under the Rahveer Yojana, a provision has been made to give an incentive amount of Rs 25,000 to the co-citizen who saves the life of a seriously injured person by taking him to the hospital within one hour of the accident.
The government’s pledge of service will be fulfilled Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the poor section will get special help with the start of free hearse service. When a person’s life is not saved after all efforts and the family is in a state of crisis, then first of all he has to take the dead body of his family member to the residence. Citizens often have to face this problem when there is no vehicle or other arrangement to take the dead body home. The start of this service will also bring public awareness and the government’s resolve to serve will be fulfilled. The Health Department deserves thanks for this service because this service is not available in most of the states of the country. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, Minister of State for Public Health and Family Welfare Shri Narendra Shivaji Patel, former minister Shri Bhupendra Singh and other public representatives were present on the occasion of the start of this service by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.
