Gwalior-Chambal region will become the new center of development: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

BHOPAL: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that our government is committed to the overall development of the state. We are committed to bring light in everyone’s life. Gwalior-Chambal region will soon become the most developed region of the state. The Chief Minister appealed to the regional farmers not to think of selling their land at all, because soon new employment opportunities and new streams of development will flow in this region. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of development works at ISBT campus in Gwalior on Saturday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of various development works costing Rs 265.56 crore here by pressing the remote button. He also distributed benefits to eligible beneficiaries from the stage under various government schemes.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a campaign is going on to link rivers in the state. With the help of the central government, work is being done on the National River Link Project to link Parvati, Kalisindh and Chambal rivers at a cost of about Rs 70 thousand crore. Along with this, the farmers of Gwalior-Chambal region are going to get extensive benefits from the Ken-Betwa National River Link Project. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the ravines of this region are now being developed in a better way. A large solar power plant of 2000 MW capacity is being set up in the ravines soon with the support of the central government. This will be a joint project of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. This project will supply energy to both the states. Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh will consume the electricity produced from this project equally for 6 months each. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that due to the new six-lane national highway being built between Agra and Gwalior, big industrialists have shown interest in making big investments in this region. This will lead to rapid industrial development here and will also ensure the rejuvenation of this region.
Recalling the glorious past of Gwalior, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is the birthplace of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the karmabhoomi of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia. The lamp of India’s development was lit from the land of the state in the form of Atalji. India lives for humanity. In Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army fought with three countries. Our Sukhoi aircraft flew from Gwalior to give a befitting reply to Pakistan in the surgical strike. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that for building a golden future for the state, the government has given money to more than 94 thousand talented students on Friday itself to buy laptops. Congratulating the people of Gwalior, he said that indeed a magnificent ISBT has been inaugurated here.Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Gwalior’s Hajira Hospital has become number one in the state. Chambal’s youth are increasing the strength of our army. With the start of construction of 6 lane highway in Gwalior, big businessmen of Agra are coming to Gwalior to set up their industries. We are with everyone on the issue of Gwalior’s development, whatever has been demanded will be fulfilled in a systematic manner.
Union Minister for Communications and North Eastern States Development Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia said that Madhya Pradesh is writing a new chapter of development under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is leaving no stone unturned to establish India’s pride on the world stage. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has started the industrial revolution for the people of the state by working day and night. He said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has come to Gwalior with an envelope of shagun. Our demand was that Dr. Ambedkar Dham should be established in Gwalior-Chambal division, which should become the brainstorming center of Baba Saheb’s ideology. He told that Dr. Ambedkar Dham is being built in Jaurasi village of Dabra in Gwalior district at a cost of Rs 8 crore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has today approved the construction of a grand building on 50 thousand square feet of land in Chaurasi village itself in the second phase of development of this Ambedkar Dham. He said that children will get education like private schools in Sandipani schools being built in the state. He informed that the central government has given the gift of a new 6 lane highway from Agra to Gwalior at a cost of Rs 5000 crore. After the construction of this 6 lane highway, one can reach Gwalior from Agra in just 45 minutes. He informed that the Western Highway is being constructed in Gwalior. With the cooperation of the central and state government, various development works costing about Rs 12 thousand crore are being carried out in the Gwalior region.
Gwalior MP Shri Bharat Singh Kushwaha said that only one whose intentions and policies are good can take the country and the state forward. Madhya Pradesh is continuously progressing under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. The country has got a hardworking Prime Minister and the state has got a dedicated Chief Minister. He said that a grand memorial of Bharat Ratna Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee is being built in Gwalior.Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar said that today is a proud day for Gwalior. Gwalior’s Hajira Hospital has got the first place. It should be made equivalent to the district hospital. He said that now arrangements should also be made for bypass surgery of patients in Gwalior. Big industries should be established in Gwalior. At the end of the program, Water Resources Minister Shri Tulsi Silavat expressed gratitude to everyone and said that the government is increasing the development work rapidly.
