
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the Emergency imposed from midnight of 25 June 1975 was a deep blow to our democracy. It was the murder of the Constitution and democracy. It was such a dark chapter of the country’s democracy, which the country will never forget. It is important to tell the new generation about the dictatorship that took place during that period and this is the reason why as per the instructions of the Central Government, we are all remembering 25 June as Constitution Hatya Diwas. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing by participating in a dialogue program called ‘Desh Ke Dil Ki Baat’ organized by a private media group.
In the dialogue program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed in detail the achievements made by the state government through public welfare schemes and innovations in the last 18 months. He said that we are making Madhya Pradesh economically prosperous. See the self-reliance of Madhya Pradesh that Delhi Metro is running on our electricity. In the year 2025-26, the per capita income of the state has reached close to Rs 1.55 lakh. In the year 2002-03, it was only 11 thousand rupees. We are moving ahead with a resolve to open medical colleges in 50 districts of the state in the next two years. We are moving from heritage to development. Apart from schemes in the name of heroes and immortal martyrs who have increased the pride of the country, our government has given due respect to Maharani Durgavati of Gondwana, great administrator of Holkar State Lokmata Devi Ahilya Bai and King Bhabhut Singh of Narmadachal by holding cabinet meetings in their memory. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that very soon our government is going to hold a cabinet meeting in the memory of Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this is the only state in the country in which the government is paying the fees of students from the poor class pursuing medical education and our government has taken only this promise from these talented children that after becoming doctors, they will serve in the rural areas of the state. With this, three goals of the government are being fulfilled. First, we are providing the poor section of the society the facility to get higher education. Second, we are freeing the poor students from the worry of fees and thirdly, we are improving health facilities and services by ensuring the availability of doctors in the rural areas of the state. He said that our government has decided that if there is a need to immediately take a patient to a higher health institution in the remote areas of the state, then if there is an airport or airstrip nearby, then the patient will be taken to the higher health center in time through PM Air Ambulance Service and if there is no airstrip, then through helicopter service.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that through the Chief Minister Ladli Behna Yojana, an effort has been made to remove social inequality. We are giving assistance amount every month to more than one lakh Ladli sisters of the state. This has increased their purchasing power. Now they are not dependent on anyone for their expenses. We have also increased the budget of the Women and Child Development Department. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that we are also focusing on the development of Bhopal’s Bada Talab. Very soon 10 Shikaras will run here. We plan to run 20 Shikaras here. Our government is also working in this direction so that apart from water tourism, business can also be done through these Shikaras like Dal Lake. At the beginning of the program, Media Group Editor Dr. Indushekhar Pancholi welcomed Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Media Group Digital Head and Editor Mr. Jaideep Karnik conducted the Samvad program. During the program, ten social workers who did remarkable work in water conservation were honored. Gorakhpur MP Mr. Ravi Kishan Shukla, MLA Mr. Bhagwandas Sabnani and motivational speaker Mr. Amog Leela Das were also present in the program.
