Bilaspur. The police has got a big success. The absconding accused of assault and robbery has been arrested. Applicant Nikesh Sahu, father Santosh Sahu, age 22 years, Sakin Chingrajpara, Bilaspur police station, Sarkanda district, Bilaspur, had gone to visit Koridem Kota with his friends Bhupendra Kaushik, Mukesh Suryavanshi, Deepak Yadav, Harsh Dewangan, at 3 pm on 7th January. After visiting Koridem, everyone in the evening People had left by car to go back home to Bilaspur. That the car broke down near the road at Honey Bee Resort at around 7 pm. They were standing near the car, talking among themselves, when three unknown persons and their other companions came on a motorcycle and started abusing the mother and sister, asking the applicant and his friends why they were standing here. They beat me with the jack rod and hand fist kept in my pocket and looted the Apple mobile and money kept in my pocket and ran away. On the report of the applicant, the police station in-charge Kota took cognizance of the matter and took immediate action and immediately deployed a police team to trace the absconding accused. During the address search today, during the interrogation of the suspects at the behest of the informer, the accused were arrested on the basis of evidence after the accused confessed to the crime and after producing the Apple mobile and the motorcycle used in the incident and the looted amount of ₹ 1000. Duly arrested, presented in court and sent on judicial remand.
