Chintan Shivir 2.0: Ministers including Chief Minister learned the tricks of better financial management

Raipur, 08 June 2025 – In the post lunch session of Chintan Shivir 2.0 organized at IIM Raipur today, Professor Dr. Ravindra Dholakia of IIM Ahmedabad gave a presentation on the topic ‘From Subsidy to Sustainability: Rethinking Public Finance for Development’. He gave detailed information on topics like financial management, better use of resources, necessary steps to mobilize resources, revenue collection. He said that it is necessary to increase capital expenditure to achieve a good growth rate.

On this occasion, all the ministers including Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Rahul Bhagat, Special Secretary of Good Governance and Convergence Department Shri Rajat Bansal, Director of Indian Institute of Management Raipur Shri Ram Kakani were present.
