Big campaign to clean Satbahania pond: Zone 4 freed the pond from water hyacinth

Raipur – On the instructions of Municipal Corporation Raipur Commissioner Vishwadeep and Councilor of Pandit Bhagwati Charan Shukla Ward No. 57 and Culture Department Chairman Amar Gidwani, Municipal Corporation Zone 4 Health Department, under the guidance of Zone 4 Zone Commissioner Arun Dhruv and Zone Health Officer Virendra Chandrakar, a comprehensive campaign has been started with the help of 10 local fishermen to free the Satbahania pond in Purana Rajendra Nagar area under Pandit Bhagwati Charan Shukla Ward No. 57 from water hyacinth for the sake of environmental protection in the interest of society. With the help of fishermen, water hyacinth is being pulled out from inside the Satbahania pond and the team of Zone 4 Health Department is removing the water hyacinth immediately with the help of JCB machine and maintaining cleanliness. Commissioner Vishwadeep and Culture Department Chairman Amar Gidwani have directed the Zone 4 Zone Commissioner and Zone Health Officer to free the Satbahania pond from water hyacinth through a campaign soon for the sake of environmental protection in the interest of society by continuously monitoring.
