Raipur 19 May 2025: Under Sushasan Tihar, today the flying chariot of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai landed in village Aamagohan under Kota block of Bilaspur district. There was an atmosphere of enthusiasm and happiness among the villagers on finding Chief Minister Sai among them in the tribal village of Vananchal. They waited for hours to catch a glimpse of their head of state and listen to him without caring about the scorching sun. While Chief Minister Sai interacted with the villagers in the Samadhan camp, the Chief Minister also got to know the status of redressal of the applications put in the Samadhan box. Explaining the significance of Sushasan Tihar, he said that today through Sushasan Tihar, the government of Chhattisgarh has come to your village. We have worked in the interest of the people of the state in the last one and a half years. Only those governments which do good work have the courage to go among the people. Sushasan Tihar is in a way our report card and also an opportunity to assess the work done by our government. Through this, the government is also knowing the status of implementation of schemes on the ground. Under the third phase of Sushasan Tihar, Chief Minister Sai attended the Samadhan camp of remote tribal village Aamagohan under Kota block of Bilaspur district. Addressing the villagers, Chief Minister Sai said that with the blessings of all of you, our government was formed in the state and we have completed one and a half years. During this period, our government was formed in Lok Sabha, urban bodies, Nagar Panchayat. Chief Minister Sai said that our government has fulfilled all the promises made under Modi’s guarantee. The Chief Minister said that the government approved 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas from the very next day of taking oath. He said that Union Minister Shivraj Singh also gave 3-3 lakh PM houses to the people of the state in Durg and Ambikapur. Apart from this, houses are being given to self-surrendered families in PM Janman Awas and Naxal areas. He said that those whose names are in Awas Plus will also be given housing. The Chief Minister said that we have fulfilled the promise made to the farmers and decided to purchase paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal and 21 quintals per acre. We also gave the paddy bonus amount due for two years.
He said that by giving the amount of Mahtari Vandan Yojana to more than 70 lakh women in their accounts, the door to economic prosperity and women empowerment has been opened. Those whose names have been left out need not worry, the names of the left out beneficiaries will also be added in the coming days. The Chief Minister said that taking a decision in the interest of the beneficiaries collecting tendu leaves, the amount per standard sack was increased from Rs 4 thousand to Rs 5500. He said that along with this, Ramlala Darshan Yojana has been started and the beneficiaries have been given darshan of Ramlala. He told that our government has started the Chief Minister’s Teerth Yojana with the aim of fulfilling the wishes of the elderly. With this scheme, families wishing to go on pilgrimage will be able to avail the benefits of other pilgrimage sites. The Chief Minister said that our government has started Atal Digital Seva Kendra in Gram Panchayats from 24th April. All Gram Panchayats will be connected with this scheme and the villagers will get bank-like facilities in the village itself. He said that the beneficiaries of any scheme will be able to withdraw money from Atal Digital Seva Kendra. Other documents including caste, residence will also be available. Right now it has been started in 1460 Panchayats. Due to this, the villagers will not have to run to the bank.
Chief Minister Sai said that our government is taking action along with stopping corruption. He told that along with the registration of land, the government has started the process of transfer. Due to this, no officer will be able to fool anyone in the name of transfer. Transfer will be done in less than an hour. He said that this government, which is fulfilling Modi’s guarantee, is working towards good governance. On this occasion, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister P Dayanand, District Panchayat President Rajesh Suryavanshi, Collector, SP etc. were present.
Chief Minister announced college in Belgahna, electricity sub-station in Amagohan and community hall. Keeping in mind the demand received in the Samadhan Shivir of Amagohan, Chief Minister Sai announced to open a college in Belgahna to promote higher education. He announced to build a 33 KV electricity sub-station to solve the problem of low voltage in Amagohan and nearby villages and a community hall for organizing various programs. Bilaspur MP and Union Minister of State Tokhan Lal Sahu, who reached the Samadhan Shivir, said that through Sushasan Tihar, camps were organized in every corner of the state and applications were taken. Chief Minister is visiting every small village. Village problems are also being resolved. It is a good fortune that under Sushasan Tihar, he came to Amagohan village, a tribal area at the end of Bilaspur district. Thanks to the Chief Minister for this. He further said that within a few days of the formation of the government under the leadership of Chief Minister, Modi’s guarantee has been fulfilled. Now he is going from village to village to get information about the implementation of schemes. He also put forward other demands including a college for higher education in Belgahna, an electric sub-station in Amagohan.
Government schemes brought a change in life In the Samadhan camp, the farmers of PM Awas, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, PM Samman Nidhi, by taking advantage of the scheme, described the changes in their lives. PM Awas beneficiary Chhote Lal told that earlier he used to live in a mud house with tiled roof. Due to this, there was a danger of snakes and scorpions. Now with the construction of a concrete house, the problem occurring during rainy days has been resolved. Mahtari Vandan Yojana beneficiary Smt. Vimala Bai Puri told that she gets one thousand rupees every month from Mahtari Vandan Yojana from March 2024. She has used this amount in Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana in the name of her granddaughter Vamika Puri so that this amount can be used for studies in future. Beneficiary Dilshri Khusro, who benefited under PM Janman, told the Chief Minister that her Ayushman card has been made. This will enable treatment up to 5 lakhs.
Encouraged and congratulated the meritorious students of class 10th and 12th. In the Samadhan camp of Aamagohan, the Chief Minister honored the students who scored excellent marks in the 10th and 12th board examinations. The Chief Minister honored Mahima Patel, Sneha Sen, who scored 90 percent marks in class 10th, Varsha Pandey of class 12th and wished them all the best for their future. During this, the Chief Minister handed over the keys of the houses to PM Awas beneficiaries Chhatauni Lal, Narbadiya Bai, Samrit Bai. He also distributed material and money to the beneficiaries under Bihan’s women groups, cooperatives, horticulture, revenue and health department. Students Deepika and Devi Singh Khusro also presented a handmade portrait of the Chief Minister to the Chief Minister. 2212 out of 2265 applications were resolved. A total of 2265 applications were received in the Samadhan camp Aamagohan cluster, out of which 2212 have been resolved. This cluster includes 11 villages namely Aamagohan, Sonpuri, Tulup, Ngoi, Navgaon Sonsay, Mohli, Khongsara, Dandbachali, Tantidhar, Bitkuli.
