Raipur, 08 May 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has said that banking facilities will be made available in all the 11 thousand panchayats of Chhattisgarh within a year. He said that the Chhattisgarh government is closing the avenues of corruption by bringing new reforms. Revolutionary changes have been made in the field of land registry to prevent corruption. He was addressing the Samadhan Shivir organized in village Patna of Surajpur district under Sushasan Tihar today. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai announced Rs 81.90 crore for the development of Gumti Ghat as a tourist centre and Rs 45.42 lakh for the development of Sarna-Devgudi. Apart from this, he approved Rs 48 crore 26 lakh for various roads, bridges. Chief Minister Sai said in the Samadhan camp that revolutionary changes have been made in the field of land registration. Now along with online registration of land, the transfer is also being done on the same day. Earlier, after the registration of land, one had to make rounds for months for the transfer. Now after the reform, on one hand, where the fraud in land registration will stop, people will also get convenience. Similarly, the cases of family donation and renunciation of rights have also been made easier. Now land and property can be given to family members with a fee of Rs 500.

Chief Minister Sai said that in the first phase of providing banking facilities in the panchayats, Atal Digital Service Centers (Common Service Centers) have been started in 1460 Gram Panchayats in the state from 24 April, National Panchayat Day. Through which money transactions and various types of certificates are being made available to the villagers. In the second phase, this facility will be made available in 5 thousand Gram Panchayats within 6 months. He said that a survey is being conducted for Awas Plus-Plus to provide Pradhan Mantri Awas to the homeless. All the homeless should get this survey done so that they can get housing. Chief Minister Sai praised the district administration for prompt disposal of applications received in Sushasan Tihar. He handed over fish nets to four beneficiaries, ration cards to 5 beneficiaries, keys of Pradhan Mantri Awas to four beneficiaries in the camp. Similarly, he provided pension approval to four beneficiaries and approval orders for cattle shed and goat shed to two beneficiaries each. Food Minister and Minister in charge of the district Dayaldas Baghel, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwada also addressed the program. On this occasion, many public representatives, Panchayat representatives and a large number of villagers from 15 Gram Panchayats were present.
