We will also take immediate action regarding other expectations and problems of government servants: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that all the government employees of the state will get the benefit of 3 percent dearness allowance from July 1, 2024 and 2 percent from January 1, 2025. He said that all the government employees of the state will be given 55 percent dearness allowance like the employees of the Central Government. As a result of the increase in dearness allowance, the arrears amount will be paid in 5 equal installments from June 2025 to October 2025. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav made this announcement in the provincial conference organized at Narmada Bhawan of Madhya Pradesh Gazetted Officers Association Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed with a huge garland, shawl, coconut and memento. Regional MLA Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani was specially present in the program.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the hard work and dedication of government servants has taken the state towards a better future. It is the priority of the state government that the life of employees should be happy and the future should be secure. Gazetted officers work as growth engines in benefiting the beneficiaries by taking the government’s arrangements and public welfare schemes to them. Their hard work, dedication and sensitivity are the basis of good governance in the state. Government schemes have an important contribution in taking the intention of public interest and public welfare of the government to the last person standing in the last row of the society through the implementation of schemes and programs. The state government is committed to make every possible effort for their future and work convenience. He expressed confidence that the government and administration will remain continuously dedicated towards the goal of building a developed Madhya Pradesh in accordance with the intention of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government is also making efforts to resolve the issue of promotions blocked since 2016. Action will also be taken soon in relation to other expectations and problems of government officers and employees. Arrangements are being made for quick filling of the vacant posts in all departments.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that organizing the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal was a big achievement. The state government is making efforts to ensure that Bhopal reflects the glorious past of the entire state and the capital city reflects the rich heritage of the state. Gates dedicated to great men will be built on all the main roads entering the capital. In this sequence, the ground breaking ceremony of the gate dedicated to Raja Bhoj will be done soon. Emperor Vikramaditya was an excellent example of good governance. The gate to be built on the road from the capital to Avantika will be dedicated to him. Expressing regret over the terrorist incident in Pahalgam, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi, the country will give the harshest reply to the culprits and conspirators of this attack.
