Leadership is not power but responsibility..
In the quarterly meeting of JCI Super Chapter of Raipur, Chairman International Trainer JFR Sen. Rajesh Agarwal Sir, in a very unique and new way, interacted with the leaders and senior members and explained through a 1 hour snap short that how to deal with the ups and downs during the leadership tenure, if you consider the problem to be big and give up on it, then it is not leadership, leadership is a responsibility which is not easy to fulfill, rather it is achieved by taking the whole team along. Sir told a story from Mahabharata in which the conversation between Karan and Shri Krishna Ji was taking place that Karan complains to Shri Krishna Ji about the insults he faced in his birth and life, then Shri Krishna Ji told the story of his birth and the pain he faced in relationships as a part of life and explained that how one moves forward with patience and struggle, with positive thinking and coming out of all the difficulties by trusting one’s actions is leadership. From this short story, we learnt that one can fulfill one’s responsibility without complaining. After reviewing the programs of the last 3 months, it was decided what was eaten and what was achieved. Also, consultations were held on how to organize the upcoming programs in a better way and achieve success.
Chairman Rajesh Sir explained to the officials present in his own style that instead of complaining about adverse circumstances, one should move forward by facing the circumstances and motivating the members. He also encouraged them by giving pins on the basis of the work done so far. Honored members Santosh Dubey, Aditya Tikaria, Ashok Verma, Vatsalya Murti, Kriti Agarwal, Aanchal Panjwani.
