Due to the innovative initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the government has reached the doorstep of the people: Problems are being solved quickly

Raipur, 18 April 2025: The people of the state are looking at ‘Sushasan Tihar 2025′, being organized in three phases from 08 April to 31 May in Chhattisgarh under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, as a sensitive and result-oriented initiative. This event has become a medium to connect the government directly with the public, where problems are being resolved at the primary level. During Sushasan Tihar, application boxes have been installed in the offices of Gram Panchayats and Urban Bodies, in which citizens are directly submitting applications related to their problems. This effort has given a new direction to dialogue and trust between the government and the citizens. Many families like Laxmibai Vishwakarma of Kondagaon have received direct benefits of schemes for the first time.
In a touching story from Kondagaon district, Laxmibai’s family, who was living under a polythene roof for years, not only got the benefit of ration card and pension scheme, but the process of approval of pucca houses under Atal Awas Yojana has also started. Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister, Laxmibai said that today we feel that the government is ready to fulfill our demands very sensitively. In Rajnandgaon too, during Sushasan Tihar, quality solutions to workers’ problems were found. Mrs. Bharti Dewangan was immediately provided a worker card after worker registration, while Mrs. Sunni Bai and Tikam Singh Sevta were also given relief by reviving the cards that were cancelled due to duplication. The Labor Department also took prompt action on the scholarship application of Sangeeta Sahu for her child.
Manohar Singh Patel, a resident of village Janghora in Mahasamund district, had waited for years for an Ayushman card. Under Sushasan Tihar, his application was taken seriously and the card was provided to him in just 24 hours. Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister for the sensitivity of the government, he said, “Now we can get treatment without worrying about money.” Mukesh Verma, a resident of Tilda (Raipur), had applied for a driving license. Under Sushasan Tihar, his application was taken seriously by the department. After completing the formalities, he was provided his learning license. Appreciating the promptness of the government, Verma called it a meaningful step towards empowerment of the common man. Amidst all this, Sushasan Tihar does not limit the schemes of the government to mere publicity, but ensures that its real benefits reach the last person. This initiative is a confluence of administrative sensitivity, technical efficiency and human approach, which is realizing the idea of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ on the ground. This visionary initiative of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has set an example of quick resolution of problems of public concern. The positive feedback received from various districts and the satisfaction on the faces of the citizens is an indication that good governance in Chhattisgarh is no longer just a word but is moving towards becoming a pleasant experience.
