People showed enthusiasm on the second day of state-wide Sushasan Tihaar

People are depositing applications in solution boxes in every village and city
Applications will be taken from the general public in Gram Panchayats and Urban Bodies from 8 to 11 April
Raipur, 09 April 2025: Under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the state-wide launch of Sushasan Tihaar has been done from 08 April to solve the problems of the public and to meet them face-to-face. This Sushasan Tihaar, which will be organized in three phases, will run till 31 May. In the first phase, from 8 April to 11 April, applications are being taken directly from the general public in the offices of Gram Panchayats and Urban Bodies. There is tremendous enthusiasm among the people regarding Sushasan Tihaar even on the second day today, and people are taking applications related to their problems and depositing it in the solution box installed in the Gram Panchayat and Nagar Panchayat offices. In Devgaon, Gaurdand, Farasgaon, Kapsi, Sulenga, Dhaurai, Kudhar village of Narayanpur district, village panchayat Kotamra, Kateli and Bhothli of Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district, Vikakhand Batouli in Ambikapur district and Khargawan, Bhatko, Kunkuri Devgarh and Sontarai village panchayats of Sitapur, people enthusiastically submitted applications regarding their problems. Commissioner and Collector along with other administrative officers are taking stock of the arrangements of Sushasan Tihaar and are also advising people to submit applications without any hesitation for resolving their problems. Under Sushasan Tihaar, there is also a provision to receive applications through online application portal and Common Service Centre. Samadhan boxes have also been kept in development blocks and district headquarters to receive applications, where people are submitting applications regarding their problems. Officers and employees have also been deputed in the offices of Gram Panchayats and Municipal Bodies to fill the applications related to the problems of the general public, so that people do not face any problem in applying for their problems. Divyang Sangwari and Sangwari Didi have also been deployed in many districts to assist in preparing the application form.
It is noteworthy that continuous efforts are being made by the Chhattisgarh State Government for good governance and transparency. In this episode, the organization of Sushasan Tihar-2025 is an important initiative. Under Sushasan Tihar-2025, all the received applications will be entered in the software and handed over to the concerned departments, and their redressal will be ensured within a month. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has said that the objective of Sushasan Tihar 2025 is to effectively and promptly resolve the problems of the general public, transparency in government work and establish direct communication with the public. Chief Minister Sai has already directed all the District Collectors to ensure the well-organized organization of Sushasan Tihar and prompt redressal of the applications received under it. He said that the status and quality of redressal will also be reviewed at the state and district level. In the third phase of Sushasan Tihar, redressal camps will be organised in 8 to 15 gram panchayats of each district. Camps will also be organised in urban bodies as per the need. In the camps, the general public will be informed about the status of their applications, and as far as possible, the application will be resolved there itself. The remaining problems will be resolved within a month and information will be given. Information about public welfare schemes will be given in the redressal camps and application forms for beneficiary-oriented schemes will also be made available. Active participation of MPs, MLAs and other public representatives is being ensured in this campaign. The Chief Minister, Ministers, Chief Secretary, Secretary-in-charge and senior officers will themselves be present in the camps and communicate with the general public, and take feedback on the benefits being received from development works and schemes. Along with this, the actual status and quality of the ongoing construction works will also be evaluated through surprise inspection.
