PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) to organize National IP (Intellectual Property Rights) Tour Programme in Raipur (2 day workshop)
Raipur, Chhattisgarh l 11th March 2025 – PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) in collaboration with the Office of the Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India is organizing the National IP Yatra Programme (2 Day Workshop). The workshop will be held on 12th and 13th March 2025 at Hotel Babylon International, VIP Road, Raipur from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Intellectual Property (IP) not only helps in identifying and protecting innovation in products and processes but also helps in brand building and marketing of innovations, thereby opening up the potential for large scale wealth creation.
The workshop aims to develop a strong IP ecosystem in the country and motivate MSMEs, startups and other stakeholders of the state of Chhattisgarh to register more IP applications and protect their innovations and creative ideas. This will give them more business opportunities, increase customer confidence and take their business to the next level. Also, the workshop will provide the participants with the knowledge and skills required to understand Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
During this workshop, various topics related to Intellectual Property Rights will be discussed, and free consultation will be provided to the participants to assist them in their IP registration. In addition, the facility to get reimbursement from the Ministry of MSME, Government of India will also be provided. This workshop will be addressed by eminent professionals and academicians from the intellectual property sector.
MSME entrepreneurs, potential startup founders, innovators, representatives of enforcement agencies, IP professionals, legal officers, academicians and students interested in technology development and IP laws are invited to attend this important event on 12th and 13th March 2025 at Hotel Babylon International, Raipur.
During this workshop, the participants will get an opportunity to discuss with IP experts and get solutions to their IP related queries. An IP helpdesk will also be available at the workshop, which will provide guidance related to intellectual property rights.
