Raipur, 24 February 2025: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today attended the Brahma Bhojan and Sneh Milan ceremony organized by Prajapita Brahmakumari University. On this occasion, he said that through satsang and meditation, auspicious resolutions are awakened in the mind, and when we adopt them in our lives, we contribute to the upliftment of society and the nation. Chief Minister Sai praised the work being done by the Brahmakumari Institute in the field of spiritual awareness and social service and said that the Brahmakumari Institute is not only spreading spirituality, but it is also playing an important role in building a strong nation. Chief Minister Sai expressed special gratitude for the unique tradition of the holy Brahma Bhojan organized by the Brahmakumari sisters for the Legislative Assembly members every year. Senior sisters of Brahmakumari Institute Hemlata Didi and Sarita Didi honored all the guests including Chief Minister Sai by presenting shawl, coconut and memento. De-addiction campaign receives national level appreciation Chief Minister Sai on this occasion appreciated the special de-addiction campaign being started by the Brahma Kumari Institute from Chhattisgarh and said that drug addiction has become the biggest crisis not just for one person but for the entire society and the nation. The youth being affected the most by it is our biggest challenge. Drug addiction is not only harmful for health but it is also becoming the major cause of road accidents, violence and disintegration of families. While wishing for the success of this campaign, he said that yoga and meditation not only bring balance in a person’s life but also develop a positive mindset. This campaign will prove to be inspirational for Chhattisgarh and the entire nation.
Appreciating the social and spiritual services of the Brahma Kumari Institute, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that by visiting Shanti Sarovar, the mind feels deep peace and positive energy. It is a wonderful coincidence and auspicious sign that we all are present here together and taking the holy benefit of Brahma Bhojan. He said that the Brahma Kumari Institute is not limited to only meditation and yoga, but it is also playing a leading role in social reform, women empowerment, environmental protection and promotion of moral values. Through its campaigns related to education, yoga, meditation and social service, the Brahma Kumari Institute is infusing positive change not only in India but all over the world.
