Silt cleaning of 2000 kilolitre capacity overhead tank of Devpuri and 1000 kilolitre capacity overhead tank of Amasivani after regular water supply in the morning

Raipur – Today, as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, the Water Works Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur got the work of cleaning the silt of the overhead tank of 2000 kilolitre capacity of Devpuri and 1000 kilolitre capacity of Amasivni done on a campaign basis. After regular water supply in the morning in the overhead tanks of Devpuri and Amasivni, while cleaning the water tank, along with cleaning the silt, necessary work of chemical treatment, cleaning and painting of all the chambers was done. It is worth mentioning here that for this work, Satguru Agency and Safe Clean Agency have been contracted by the Municipal Corporation Water Works Department for silt cleaning of overhead tanks under the procedure as per rules. The work of cleaning the silt in the overhead tanks of Devpuri and Amasivni was started today at 9 am through the contracted agency and completed by 1 pm.
