Raipur – Today at 5 pm, as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, in the third floor hall of Municipal Corporation Headquarters Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, Municipal Corporation In-charge Additional Commissioner Mrs. Krishna Khatik, in the presence of Joint Director Finance Dinesh Nirmalkar, Superintending Engineer Sanjay Bagde, held a meeting of officers and employees of all departments of Municipal Corporation Headquarters building and asked them about their problems. The employees informed the In-charge Additional Commissioner about their problems. The In-charge Additional Commissioner said that Municipal Corporation Raipur is working to resolve the problems of the employees on time as per rules.
Additional Commissioner in charge, Mrs. Krishna Khatik told the officers and employees that stickers have been made for the convenience of parking their personal and municipal vehicles in the Municipal Corporation headquarters in a systematic manner, which will be distributed to all the departments of the Municipal Corporation headquarters building on Monday, 10 February 2025 as per the procedure as per rules through the Municipal Corporation General Administration Department. Thereafter, parking stickers will have to be affixed on the vehicles compulsorily. The Additional Commissioner in charge directed all the officers and employees to report for duty in the Corporation office before 10 am on office days and leave the office only after 5:30 pm as per the orders given. Otherwise, action will be taken against the concerned as per rules. The Additional Commissioner in charge told the Corporation officers and employees to discharge the responsibilities given by the State Election Commission and Raipur District Election Officer Office in relation to the Urban Body Election 2025 with full promptness.
