Voter awareness programs are being organized in Raipur city under the JABO program to bring public awareness towards voting
Raipur 05 February 2025: To conduct the urban body general elections in a free and fair manner, an awareness campaign is being run in the district under the JABO (Jagav Voter) program under the direction of Collector and District Election Officer Dr. Gaurav Singh and guidance of Vishwadeep, Nodal of JABO program. In this episode, the young voters of St. Vincent Pallotti College located in Raipur city were explained the importance of local elections and the importance of their vote and they were informed about the process of voting with EVM machine so that their confidence in voting and EVM increases. During this, an oath was taken to promote the process of voting for two representatives, Mayor and Councilor, from one EVM machine. Along with this, awareness was created for 100 percent voting in the upcoming body elections. On this occasion, the Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Department of the college and students were present.
