Raipur, 08 December 2024: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the closing ceremony of Ekal Abhiyan Abhyudaya Youth Club division level sports at Gayatri Vidyapeeth School in Rajnandgaon district. He said that in any competition, if one side wins, the other side does not lose, but comes to the second position. He said that tribal children are getting a lot of benefit through Ekal Abhiyan Abhyudaya Youth Club in rural areas. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced to give Rs 20 lakh for the beautification of the playground of Gayatri Vidyapeeth School.
Chief Minister Sai said that our government is determined to fulfill the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and establish good governance. He said that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, 70 lakh women of the state are being given Rs 1000 per month. Beneficiaries are being benefited from Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Tendu Patta Bonus and various schemes. He said that special efforts are being made to eliminate corruption in the state.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to the school children, winning participants and Ekal Abhiyan family who had come from various areas of Chhattisgarh. He said that he came to know through newspapers that the daughter of a rickshaw puller in Bilaspur wants to go to Kilimanjaro in Africa for mountaineering, her problem was solved by immediately giving her financial assistance of Rs. 4.75 lakhs. The daughter of a labourer is a talented badminton player, she will also be given assistance. He said that there will be no shortage of resources and the players of the state will be given all possible help by the government. 3 crore rupees will be given to the players of Chhattisgarh for winning gold medal in Olympics, 2 crore rupees for silver medal and one crore rupees for bronze medal.
Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has been very hardworking and he studied in Jashpur by walking on foot and in difficult circumstances. Any one of you can also become Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai by working hard. He said that go to the pinnacle of hard work, your success is certain.
