A truck crashed into a ditch near the Lohali area, leaving three people injured.

A truck crashed into a ditch near Lohali in Nainital on December 3, 2024, and the SDRF successfully rescued three passengers. Today, a local resident informed the SDRF that a truck had fallen into a ditch in the Lohali area, prompting the need for a rescue team.

In response to this report, the SDRF team, led by Head Constable Naveen Kunwar and equipped with rescue tools, quickly headed to the scene. Upon arrival, the team acted swiftly to reach the vehicle, which was about 200 meters down in a deep ditch. They managed to bring the three injured individuals back to the main road using a stretcher and sent them to the hospital via ambulance for proper treatment.

All three are residents of the Lohali village in Nainital district
