Governor Shri Patel attended the Bhopal Gas Tragedy Tribute Meeting
Silent tribute paid to those who died in the tragedy
Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel on Tuesday attended the tribute and Sarvadharma Sabha organised at the Central Library Barkatullah Bhawan in memory of the departed on the 40th anniversary of the Bhopal gas tragedy. Various religious leaders recited hymns in memory of the departed in the assembly.
Governor Shri Patel and the people present in the meeting paid tribute to the deceased by observing two minutes of silence in their memory. Tribal Affairs, Bhopal Gas Tragedy and Rehabilitation Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang, Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Smt. Krishna Gaur, Mayor Smt. Malti Rai, Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, Principal Secretary Shri Sandeep Yadav and other dignitaries were also present in the condolence meeting.
