Chhattisgarh gets a gift of Rs 10,000 crore from Union Transport Minister, DPR of National Highway projects approved

New Delhi. Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has given a big gift of Rs 10,000 crore to Chhattisgarh. Detailed Project Report (DPR) of 4 new National Highway projects in the state will be prepared with this amount. These projects will strengthen the road infrastructure in the state and improve transport facilities.

Union Minister Gadkari discussed these projects during a meeting with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai in New Delhi today. In the meeting, there was an in-depth discussion on the progress of the ongoing highway projects in Chhattisgarh and future plans. DPR for 4 new projects has received the approval of the Center, due to which construction work is expected to start soon.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai expressed his gratitude to the Union Minister for this important gift and said that these projects will give new impetus to the economic and social development of the state. He said that the Chhattisgarh government will complete all the projects in a timely manner by giving priority to road construction works.
