Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra Inaugurates New Development Projects Worth ₹2.58 Crore
Raipur – Today, Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra laid the foundation stones for new development projects worth ₹2.58 crore in various wards under Raipur Municipal Corporation’s Zone 2. The foundation stone ceremonies took place at 17 different locations in Virangana Avanti Bai Ward No. 6, Rajiv Gandhi Ward No. 13, Raman Mandir Ward No. 14, Indira Gandhi Ward No. 27, Shaheed Hemu Kalani Ward No. 28, and Havaldar Abdul Hameed Ward No. 36. These projects are being funded through the Infrastructure Fund, the North MLA Fund and the MP Fund.
MLA Mishra was joined by Municipal Corporation MIC member Gyanesh Sharma, Suresh Channawar, Sundarlal Jogi, former opposition leader Suryakant Rathore, Councilor Tilak Patel, former councilors Radheshyam Vibhar, Bhavesh Pithaliya, Surendra Singh Chhabda, former councilor representative Subhash Agrawal, Zone 2 Commissioner Dr. R.K. Dongre, Executive Engineer Shekhar Singh, Assistant Engineer P.D. Ghritlahare, Assistant Health Officer Ravi Lavania, Deputy Engineer Ashutosh Pandey, along with several prominent citizens, social workers, women, and youths.
MLA Mishra informed the citizens that various development projects would be carried out, including the construction of a covered drain at School Para in Ward 6, installation of streetlight poles in Ghas Para, construction of a toilet block at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Girls’ Higher Secondary School, and patch repairs for roads and drains in several areas, including Ward 13 and Devendra Nagar Sector 3. Additionally, the construction of a CC drain and culvert from Tak Colony to Praveen Vyas’s house in Ward 14, along with other infrastructure improvements in Ward 27 and Ward 36, was also highlighted.
MLA Mishra directed the Zone 2 Commissioner and the Executive Engineer to ensure the timely commencement of the new projects and to monitor their progress closely to maintain high-quality standards.
