Disabled people got battery operated tricycles from Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai in Jandarshan program
Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai provided battery operated motorized tricycles to three disabled people by the Social Welfare Department during the Jandarshan program organized at the residence office today. On this occasion, disabled Komal Lahare, Sana Parveen, and Thugiya Sahu expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Sai.
18-year-old Sana Parveen of Chaurasia Colony of Raipur district, Komal Lahare, resident of village Serikhedi, and Thugiya Sahu, resident of village Kachana of Dhamtari district, earlier had to take the help of their family members or any other person to travel. After getting the motorized tricycle, now they will be able to travel within and outside the village and complete their work.
Divyang Komal Lahare told that he earlier had a tricycle, which has now got damaged. Today, after getting a battery operated tricycle from the Chief Minister in the Jandarshan program, he will now get a chance to improve his financial condition through his business. They earn their livelihood by selling potatoes and onions in Serikhedi village.
The Social Welfare Department has provided automatic tricycles to all the three persons with more than 80 percent disability so that they can easily carry out their daily tasks and earn their livelihood through self-employment.
