Vegetable Chowmein Recipe

Take water in a pan, add salt and olive oil to it and let it boil.

Add noodles and let it cook, if it is fresh then cook it lightly and if it is dry then cook it a little more.

Add a tablespoon of oil to the noodles and leave the noodles in the strainer if needed.

Soak green chillies in vinegar for garnishing in a small bowl and keep aside.

Now heat oil in a large pan and add garlic, ginger-garlic paste and onion and fry on high flame.

Add noodles to it and mix well until it is completely mixed.

Garnish it by adding red capsicum and vinegared green chillies on it.
