Madhya Pradesh is making efforts to make its mark at the international level in water sports
Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang has said that we are making efforts to make Madhya Pradesh’s mark at the international level in water sports. He said that a lot can be done to promote water sports at the places where Narmada Maa flows in Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh. For this purpose, Mr. Sarang inspected the Water Sports Academies located at Boat Club, Khanugaon and Neelam Park on Tuesday.
MP should progress through the skill of players and water bodies
Minister Sarang said that Madhya Pradesh has done a very good job in water sports. Madhya Pradesh can be brought to a higher level through the skill of players in water sports and the beautiful water sports bodies of Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh is making efforts to move ahead by further upgrading it, so that all the sports related to water sports can get a good place in Madhya Pradesh.
Work on infrastructure development
Minister Shri Sarang said that in the coming time we are also trying to organize Asian Championship and along with that efforts are being made to organize some water sports in Bhopal and the state in the upcoming Olympics. For this, work will also be done on the necessary infrastructure development.
Attraction towards sports
Minister Shri Sarang said that efforts are going on on both these dimensions so that school and college students are also attracted towards sports. So that the name of the state and the country can be glorified. The state government is making efforts in this direction so that Madhya Pradesh can achieve a high level in the country by providing employment to the youth through sports.
