Study of agriculture related subjects should start in high school and higher secondary classes - Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that study of subjects like agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, dairy, animal husbandry etc. should be started in high school and higher secondary classes. Most of the students studying in the schools of the state come from families with farming background. Therefore, by starting study on these subjects, students will be more attached to the schools and study and teaching will become more useful for the family. Study of these subjects should be started on priority in CM Rise schools. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that instead of faculty system in these classes, a system should also be made for the students to choose subjects on the basis of their interest and priority. This system has been implemented in higher education, to implement this system at the school level, a task force of educationists, teachers, voluntary organizations and subject experts should be formed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave the above instructions in the meeting of operation of CM Rise schools in the ministry. Tribal Affairs Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah, School Education Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh, Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana and other officials were present.
An ITI should be established in every development block
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that CM Rise schools should be started on priority basis in tribal areas and rural areas and housing arrangements for teachers and staff should be ensured in these schools. In this regard, it is necessary to make efforts to get assistance from the Government of India as well. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that with the aim of linking education with employment, efforts should be made to establish an ITI in every development block. In the development blocks where there is no ITI, a strategy should be made to provide facilities with the initiative of the private sector. In the upcoming Industrial Summit, discussions should also be held with interested investors in this direction.
Use e-vehicles in the transport system of CM Rise schools
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that CM. E-vehicles should be used as much as possible in the transport system of Rise Schools. Vehicles running under the city vehicle service of the urban body should also be used for the transportation of students of CM Rise Schools built in urban bodies. Maintenance of vehicles should be given top priority for regular attendance of students and convenient school transportation. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the work of marking land for the construction of new school buildings should be completed within the time limit with mutual departmental coordination. In case of delay in the cases, they should be resolved at the state level. It should be ensured that there is no encroachment around the schools.
Buildings of 21 schools will be completed by August
In the meeting, it was informed that out of the 274 CM Rise schools to be built in the first phase, the construction of buildings of 21 schools will be completed by August. The construction work of the remaining schools is in progress. Presentations were given in the meeting regarding free transport service, supply of essential materials, infrastructure development, educational activities, vocational education etc.
