As per the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, investigation of approved and ongoing works under School Jatan Yojana started

Raipur. In compliance with the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, investigation of the approved works for renovation of repairable schools and construction of additional rooms in the year 2022-23 under the Chief Minister School Jatan Yojana has been started. Secretary of School Education Department, Shri Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi has directed all the collectors to get the justification, necessity, completion and status of the works under construction approved under the said scheme investigated by the expert committee and provide the information to the Directorate of Public Instruction within 15 days in the prescribed form.

Secretary Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi has mentioned in the letter sent to the collectors in this regard that the amount was earlier released by the department for the works approved under the scheme. The government has received complaints regarding the quality of the construction works. He has directed the collectors to get the updated status of all the works checked and strict action taken against the concerned if any irregularities are found. He has asked the collectors to submit a report in the prescribed format regarding the name of the school, approved work, approved amount, physical status of the work, cost, justification and necessity and quality.
