Instructions Issued by the Commissioner for Tree Plantation Campaign with the Participation of NGOs

Raipur Today, Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra held a meeting with all zone commissioners regarding tree plantation, rainwater harvesting, Swachh Bharat Mission and ward delimitation. In the meeting, the commissioner assigned zone-wise targets for tree plantation and directed that tree plantation should be carried out in the interest of society with the participation of willing NGOs for environmental protection. The commissioner also gave instructions to ensure the city’s cleanliness system is efficient, to continuously inspect rainwater harvesting work and to complete the ward delimitation work within the set timeframe.
