3 dairies fined, instructions to shift outside the corporation limits

As per the order of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, under the leadership and guidance of Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Rajendra Prasad Gupta and Health Officer Dr. Tripti Panigrahi Zone 1 Zone Commissioner Hitendra Yadav, Executive Engineer Gajaraj Kanwar, Assistant Engineer D.K. Paikra, Syed Zoheb, Zone Health Officer Khemlal Devangan, in the presence of concerned officers and employees, the Health Department Zone 1 Urban Investment Department reached the site of Veer Shivaji Ward No. 16 of Zone 1, near Sanyasi Para Khamtarai and Rain Basera and Gudhiyari area of ​​Netaji Kanhaiyalal Bazari Ward and took action in a campaign manner at 3 dairies operating in the residential area.

In this, a fine of Rs 10,000 was imposed on the operator of the dairy located in Sanyasi Para of Ward 16. A fine of Rs 5000 was imposed on the operator of Yadav Dairy located in the residential area of ​​Ward 16 near Rain Basera. And the operator of Tiwari Dairy in Gudhiyari area of ​​Netaji Kanhaiyalal Bazari Ward No. 15 was fined Rs 15,000. Thus, a fine of Rs 30,000 was imposed on the operators of 3 dairies on the spot by Zone 1 Zone Commissioner on the instructions of the Additional Commissioner. The Additional Commissioner directed the dairy operators related to the residential area to shift their dairy outside the municipal corporation boundary area within 1 month. Otherwise, the Municipal Corporation has launched a campaign and warned the dairy operators that the cattle of the concerned dairies will be seized and strict action will be taken to seal the dairy. As per the order of the Commissioner, the Additional Commissioner has asked all the Zone Commissioners to issue notices to the operators of dairies operating in the residential areas of their respective zones and direct them to shift the dairy outside the residential area municipal corporation boundary within 1 month. Otherwise, instructions have been given to seize the cattle of dairies located in the residential area in the municipal corporation boundary area and strict action will be taken to seal the dairies. As per the order of the Commissioner and the instructions of the Additional Commissioner, the team of the Health Department of Zone 5 has issued a notice to the operator of the dairy located in the residential area of ​​Bhakta Mata Karma Ward No. 67 under the zone and has instructed the concerned dairy operator to shift his dairy outside the residential area to the corporation limits within the next 1 month. Otherwise, the action of confiscation of cattle and sealing will be taken by Zone 5.
In compliance with the order of the Hon’ble High Court, as per the guidelines of the Urban Administration and Development Department of the State Government, as per the order of Raipur District Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shri Abinash Mishra, the campaign to catch stray cattle on the roads with the help of cowcatchers and labor heroes of the special team is going on continuously by all the 10 zones of the Municipal Corporation. Under the campaign, today Zone 2 caught 4 stray cattle on the road in the zone area and strict action was taken to impose a fine of Rs 500 on the concerned dairy operator, warning him for the future. The team of Zone 3 caught 4 stray cattle from the roads and left them at Atari Gauthan. While Zone 4 caught 6 and Zone 5 caught 4 stray cattle. The team of Zone 6 caught 20 stray cattle and left them at Gokul Nagar Gauthan. Zone 7 caught 6, Zone 9 caught 18 stray cattle. Zone 10 caught 8 stray cattle with the help of cowcatcher vehicle and Shramveers of special team and left them at Gokul Nagar Gauthan. The campaign to catch stray cattle will continue continuously.
