14 health institutions of the state got quality assurance certificate for quality health services
Health Minister congratulated, said health facilities in the state are continuously improving under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai
Raipur 16 November 2024: 14 government hospitals of Chhattisgarh providing excellent health services and better treatment to the patients have been awarded the National Quality Assurance Standard (NQAS) certificate by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. These include 10 Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Centers, 03 Primary Health Centers and one Urban Primary Health Center. The National Quality Assurance Standard Certificate has been issued by the team of experts of the Union Health Ministry after testing the quality of services available to the patients in these hospitals in the last October and November.
State Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has congratulated the health centers that have met the standards of quality assurance. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, health facilities in the state are continuously improving and this is the result of 14 government hospitals getting the National Quality Assurance Standard Certificate by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The Central Health Ministry has given 91.29% performance to Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Bhadarsi, 90.27% to Bade Temri, 91.93% to Jhalap and 88.89% performance to Urban Primary Health Center Nayapara in Mahasamund district, 76.09% to Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Navaparakala in Surajpur district, 87.75% to Dharampur and 94.2% to Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Musarpatta in Kanker district, 85.58% to PV89, 93.36% to Kodagaon, 81.54% to Makrikhuna and 86.83% to Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Thelki in Balodabazar district, 82.39% to Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Chharratanagar in Raigarh district, Bastar The district’s Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Jamwada has got 88.99% marks and Raipur district’s Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Silyari has got 88.15% marks.
Before providing the National Quality Assurance Standard Certificate, last month, the hospital’s services and satisfaction level were tested on various parameters by a team of experts from the Government of India. These include parameters like available services, patients’ rights, inputs, support services, clinical services, infection control, quality management and outcome. Only those hospitals that meet these stringent standards are issued quality certificates by the Union Health Ministry.
